Blew it!

Well today is a bust!
I went to lunch with the hubby to support Tennyson Center for Children at Applebee’s. We had an appetizer, lunch and dessert! Yup – AND dessert! Who does that? oh me!
Damn it!
Moving on…

  1. Stay good the rest of the day and try and get in a good workout and drink lots of water. I ate a ton yesterday and not very good stuff either and I did that and I dropped 1.5 pounds. Keep it up! Drink lots and lots of water to flush that stuff out!
